  • All reservations require at least 72 hours' notice for cancellations or changes before check-in.

  • Smoking is not permitted in any of our rooms.

  • Pets are not permitted in any non-pet-friendly rooms.

  • Any destruction of property will be subject to a repair or replacement fee.

Check-in

Check-in time starts at 4:00 PM.

The minimum check-in age is 18.

An ID will be required when checking in.

The property charges all fees and deposits at the time of service and check-in.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.

Cancellations.

All cancellations or changes to reservations must be made at least 72 hours before the check-in date. Any cancellations made after 72 hours are subject to a fee.

Check-out

Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

Please return keycards in the key box by the office. $25 fee applies for any lost or unreturned keycards.

Any damage to property or violation of our policies will incur an additional fee.

Pet Policy

Pets are only allowed in our pet-friendly rooms for an extra charge of USD $20.00 per pet, per night, with a maximum of 2 pets per room.

Pets are not permitted to stay in rooms unattended.

Restrictions apply.

We follow ADA service animal guidelines; therefore, service animals are exempt from the USD $20.00 pet fee.

Emotional support animals (ESAs) will be considered pets and are subject to the pet fee and other restrictions.
