Is there space to park a boat trailer?
Yes, but space is very limited.
Please make sure you can unhitch your boat trailer from your vehicle, as we do not have enough space to keep your vehicle parked with the trailer attached.
Due to space limitations, please call ahead to confirm we have enough parking for your boat trailer before your check-in date.

Though it depends on the season, Detroit has an abundance of outdoor activities in and around the area.
In the spring and summer, there is fishing, hiking, and lake activities. In the fall and winter, there is hiking and hunting, and we are located less than an hour's drive from snow activities.
If you are curious about what to do in the area during a specific season, please don’t hesitate to reach out via email or phone.
How has the town changed since the 2020 fires?
The town is slowly but surely rebuilding!
Though the town has not fully returned to its pre-2020 state, it has drawn outdoor enthusiasts back to the area to continue exploring what Detroit Lake has to offer.
We are the first business in town to be able to rebuild since the fires! Thank you to all our patrons who have continued to support the small local businesses throughout this journey.
